eBingo Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Philippine Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the eBingo website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services operated under the brand name eBingo at the domain ebingo.best. • You must be registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for another person.

eBingo reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and is not required to provide reasons for such refusal. We may require identity verification at any stage of the registration process through government-issued Philippine identification documents.

Your eBingo account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. eBingo will never ask you for your password through any channel — email, live chat, SMS, or phone call. Any request for your password is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

You must notify eBingo immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can reach us through the live chat function or by emailing support@ebingo.best. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to protect your balance.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your eBingo account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach.
• Do not share your login details with any other person, including family members. Any bet placed, any deposit made, and any withdrawal requested through your account is your responsibility.
• eBingo may require additional verification steps — including OTP confirmation, ID submission, or selfie verification — before processing large withdrawals or following unusual account activity.
• Members who are found to have shared accounts, sold account access, or allowed third parties to operate their account may have their account permanently closed and outstanding balances forfeited.

eBingo processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits and withdrawals are handled through approved Philippine payment channels. The following payment methods are currently supported on the eBingo platform:

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the eBingo account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. eBingo reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ₱10,000. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address.

eBingo does not charge internal transaction fees for standard GCash and Maya deposits and withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own service charges, over which eBingo has no control. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

eBingo regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your eBingo account only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed and all eligibility criteria have been met.
• Each promotion is available once per member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, sabong, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• eBingo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of bonus terms is detected.

All games and betting markets available on eBingo are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game providers and, where applicable, the eBingo sportsbook settlement policy. By placing a bet or participating in any game on eBingo, you accept the applicable game and betting rules in full.

The outcome of all games on the eBingo platform is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for casino and fishing games, and by official results from recognised governing bodies for sports events. eBingo does not manipulate and cannot influence game or match outcomes in any way.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. eBingo is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections, wrong stake amounts, or misunderstood market terms.
• Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, eBingo will follow the settlement determination of the official governing body.
• For live in-play betting, eBingo may suspend markets at any time at its discretion. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid. Bets placed after a market is closed are automatically voided.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. The minimum sports bet on eBingo is ₱50. Minimum slot bet values are defined by each game provider.
• eBingo reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed under irregular circumstances, including but not limited to system errors, obvious pricing errors, or matches with suspected integrity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eBingo platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Opening or operating more than one eBingo account (including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers belonging to the same individual).
• Using eBingo for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from confirmed software errors are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or at live dealer tables to manipulate outcomes.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions on the eBingo platform.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

eBingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Philippine player community. We take our obligations under this commitment seriously and have integrated responsible gaming tools directly into the platform.

As an eBingo member, you acknowledge that online gaming carries the risk of addictive behaviour and financial loss, and you accept the following responsibilities:

• You will only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Gaming funds should never come from borrowings, credit facilities, or money earmarked for essential expenses.
• You will make use of the deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits available in your eBingo account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.
• You will notify eBingo promptly if you wish to self-exclude. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.
• You will not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent platform exclusion.

As an eBingo member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eBingo platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any eBingo content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any eBingo intellectual property.
• Use eBingo branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any eBingo software or game.

Any unauthorised use of eBingo intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

eBingo provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and that games and betting markets are offered fairly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eBingo is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from your use of the eBingo platform, including losses from bets placed during periods of system error, communication failure, or service interruption.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct or KYC non-compliance.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure beyond eBingo's control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials as required by these Terms.

eBingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members by email or through a prominently displayed notice on the eBingo platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security needs.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of eBingo following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes about the validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of this agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

eBingo operates under a valid Philippine gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the applicable Philippine gaming authority. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate authority if internal resolution attempts are unsuccessful.
